Skin withdrawals: what to check and why they can stall
A withdrawal can involve an operator review, an available item and a Steam trade. Find which stage is pending before drawing a conclusion. An out-of-stock item does not by itself establish insolvency, and a published processing time is not evidence that a particular withdrawal succeeded.

Check the conditions attached to your balance
- Redeemable balance: identify the currency and whether it converts to skins, cryptocurrency or another payout.
- Wagering and promotions: distinguish a deposit requirement from bonus conditions, expiry and maximum conversion.
- KYC: check triggers and required documents. A stated threshold may not rule out earlier account checks.
- Cost: record the item quote, fixed fee and any network or conversion charge separately.
- Availability: confirm the item and payout method, minimum amount and account restrictions.

Locate the delay

Ask support a question it can investigate
Provide the withdrawal ID, requested item or amount, currency, UTC timestamp and current status. Ask which condition is pending and where the relevant rule is published. Use official support, redact unrelated personal information and never provide passwords or authentication codes.
